To fix this problem, Shipping & Billing address have to be the same for your credit card to process.  Incorrect spelling, having recently moved, old phone number or missing middle initial can all be related and have to match what you have on file with the credit company. 

Use the "View Cart" or "Your Cart" links in the header above to go to your shopping cart. The white box under "Your Cart" shows what you currently have pending to purchase.  If it appears empty after shopping, browse around a little and check other cart buttons.  Also check that you have cookies enabled.
