Use the schematics to find the right category to browse, and find the best visual match. Sometimes removing the part from the blind is necessary, in order to hold it near the computer to visually compare.
The part numbers that you may have, are not always available to us to cross reference.
Sending us a picture is the best way to get a confirmation.
We are adding dimensions to the parts on the site. Its a slow process, were still taking photos of them all and the parts are always changing.
Once picture sizes and thumbnails are set, dimensions can be properly created for the whole site. When necessary for ordering, any size options can be selected in the cart just before checkout.
Visual confirmation is still the best way to find the part you need. If you still can't find the right part, we may not have it cataloged or posted there yet. Please send us pics when available, or visit the 'Email or Call Us' page.
Please return the incorrect items along with a small note requesting the refund, to the address on the envelope they were sent in. Shipping is not always refundable.
You'll then need to place a new order for the correct parts online. If you need help finding the correct part, you can email us photos of yours, (email info), or send one of your original parts with the return.
We just need your 6 digit order number to be included with the parts. Until we finish the processing with the post office to return parts more easily and print your own shipping label, its best if you take care of returning them yourself.
